About the 109 PP Axis ; the way it works right now is great , but i need to reverse the Axis while flying the 109.
And vice versa when swichting back to other planes...

Just create another keybinding profile for the 109 and 110. Simply swap the increase and decrease pitch keybindings you are presently using. Save the profile with an appropriate name. When you fly either the 109 or 110 load this profile. When you fly anything else load your usual profile. You can load keybinding profiles at anytime. Doing it this way keeps your keybindings/HOTAS settings the same and gives you the same effect for all types.
