Does anybody here use TouchBuddy?

So if I do this, then I will no longer have use of my mouse on the ingame monitor? I do not have trackir so I use the hat switch and mouse for view in game. I would really like to try this since I have another flat panel monitor just sitting here. How do I get around this Wild Bill?
