For quite some time I had windows XP installed and everything was fine.
Then I upgraded to windows 7 and everything was still fine. Then few days ago I installed newest Ati drivers... (I have Ati Radeon HD 4800) And that's when the exact same thing happened to me. I struggled for days, but all I had to do is turn off the "Antialiasing" option in KB, and everything returned to normal. (Except, off course, now I play without antialiasing)
