Corrupted Title Screen, Radar & Save Game

On loading MOW: AS for the second time my title screen and main menu have become corrupt. All text in the game now appears to have it's file path shown on screen and images such as the radar map and logo's have a checker board image. Image attached.

My second problem is that my save game from my playthrogh also appears to no longer work, game crashes when 90-100% loaded. Error message attached.
