I need help patch 1.11.3 official update

Also, I am having a problem installing the 1.11.3 version. When I install the game, it runs perfect; but once I install the update, I can no longer execute the game because it says that a ".dll" file has not been found. I had this update installed before in my computer prior to changing my hard drive, and it worked fine. Would you, or anyone else, know why this happens? And how did you solve this issue if you were able to?

update or install DirectX 9c new again.
