Folks who did not apply the previous patches and folks with a corrupt download share your problems.

I was previously using 4.08m before upgrading to 4.10m and then onto 4.101.

But the issue started when I installed 4.10m

It seems that you missed 4.09m. Try reintstall 4.09, then 4.10, and last 4.10.1. If it does'nt work, reinstall the game from scratch: 4.07m (DVD) --> 4.08 --> 4-09 --> 4.10 --> 4.101.
