On single player this patch was smoothing the game for me, almost no more stutters.
When i joined the syn-server, with a Bf110, instantly on spawning the right engine was running and the oil-gasket and the radiator of engine 1 were broken. Also the throttles didn't work. Back to single player everything was fine again, maybe because the server wasn't patched? i didn't look.
