1. Main menu - Extras - Full Mission Builder
2. Pick a map 3. Click View, then Object Browser 4. Select your plane, ctrl+click on an airfield to place your plane 5. Make sure in the tabs of the Object Browser you have ticked the 'player' box, and on waypoints change the type from "Normal Flight" to "Take Off" 6. Ta-daa! Full Mission Builder shouldn't be ignored, it's pretty much all I'm playing at the moment until the next patch fixes my MP crash-to-desktops
