Well since this is working for some people and not the others, perhaps the problem is the OS?
We might have done something wrong using a .zip archive this time, when we used .rar before. Some people were having trouble opening .rar, perhaps the same is going on when unzipping out of a zip? Are you guys just using Windows Explorer? Select the two folders inside the zip and copy-paste? Make sure to replace all files? Sorry about the troubles.
