Just got mine from Simware. I live in Canada and it work great. Got the activation key and Steam take care of the rest. With the latest patch there was an improvement but it look like the game is running smoother with the Nvidia 270.61 driver.

I'm getting unable to process item due to country selected. Has something changed or am I just doing it wrong.

Just keep going with the order. I got the same message on the final checkout listing. But my order got processed. Also in Steam, when you enter the code, it gives some statement about not being able to do it, but I clicked it again and it worked. That was my experience today, about 5 hours ago.

I understand you can now d/l from Direct 2 Drive in the USA.

Does anyone know if purchasing from Direct 2 Drive works the same way as purchasing from Justflight, i.e. do you just enter activation code into Steam and let steam download the game for you or do you have to download from Direct 2 Drive?
