Disconnect oxygen and wiring tubes....hmm, I wouldn't like having them waving around as I'm falling...
surely: take a deep breath of oxygen, remove helmet and mask, then undo straps (don't undo the parachute straps!) and bail...? I can't remember the exact AM plublication for bailing out, but there is mention to the safety issues surrounding the wiring leads and the oxygen hosing.
