Don`t get me wrong I like all the new little detail, the hatches, the 'real' model that has details in and out, but I also hope the graphical level is more than just Il-2, with let`s say, triple the polygon count.
Well he did say it looks way better in game engine...
Anyway, looking forward to future updates on BoB

interesting...not yet an ingame render .

Those images might be very old...as in not the most recent news...maybe we are more than a year away

Still - it is good to see Oleg posting again

I guess there is no need for the UBI site now - all future news to be doled out here....unless Oleg is merely tweaking UBI with this site and the less than current WIP screenshots....

Looking forward to 'real' news in the days and weeks ahead now and looking only here....sup UBI?

HEY - I thought of a question...is that B-20 going to be flyable? or AI?
Italian Med. bombers errrmmm medium bombers I meant...

Oh and a big lol for those poasting in Olegs News thread

What does this actually mean for gameplay? I mean, the only reason I can see to make doors openable, is to make it possible for the players to actually move around???+ inside the plane?

Please elaborate
An interesting thought Many times has it been discussed that serious sims and not only BF1942 etc should put some effort in making it possible to walk up to the plane and take a seat. "What has that got to do with serious sims?" the whiner replies - immersion is the reply! Sure making it possible to move around inside a plane will make it harder (getting stuck on the way in or out of the B17 ball turret etc). I would be satisfied with a simple "hit E while close to the plane and watch a standard animation of a pilot entering the plane", or even the BF1942 et al way of "tada, your magically in the seat after pressing E".

Well there are more important stuff but still...

it makes me wonder if you can actually run to a Spitfire or Hurricane, like you see on those old clips.
