79_dev's method worked for me. Don't worry about uninstalling the CH Control Manager, it's the game that you need to uninstall from the Steam library.
Then run both the CHCM and Steam as Administrator and reinstall the game. After doing that I was able to get all my hardware recognised.

Sadly the fact that one gets no help of 1C. Will wait for the next patch and if he does not help COD send back to my trader. I have absolutely none lust more constantly some Configs etc. to change.
