More interaction with developers.
Being a program developer myself, I can tell that formal program specifications always tend to take a second place in favor of direct customer feedback which actually decides the outcome. I am sure that by having a direct contact channel with developers we could achieve all of the other goals listed in this poll. The only question which remains open is in which language it shoud be? Cheers
