more flexible mission planing
I do miss the mission planner from Falcon 4.0+ as well as it's resource management.
You may not be able to change the time on target or the time you have to meet the bombers that you are escorting. But you should be able to change when you takeoff, the route you take, the altitude and speed that you use to get there. Not something that a low ranking pilot would do but as mission leader or Co of the squadron something that one would be able to influence
