difficulty clicking on spwn areas?

You can spawn your own planes from the spawn point, which looks exactly like the airfield icons. ^^

But if you look close, or zoom in (mouse_wheel), the spawn point is slightly bolder.

I do believe you can turn off the icons for the airfields anyway, which would help.

Move aroudn with your mouse on the map until something pop ups like: Bomber_1 or Bomber_Fighter. Then pin point hte position and double click it and you have the option to create a plane. Note that the spawn position may not be aroudn the airfield or even somewhere at a strange position like in hostile territory or in the ocean. however by moving the mouse around you should quickly find your team specific spawn.
