Doc, the noSSAO thing has a readme where it is explained. Got it to work within minutes. Just make sure to make a backup of the launcher.config first. Rest is basically copy/paste. Also tested the no mipmap thing. First time a COMPLETELY stutter free gaming experience! Sure as Kegetys stated the shimmer is there, but do I mind if the stutter is gone? NO!  I can now run CoD 1920x1200 MAXED out with no stutter and very nice FPS
