I mange them to close (with Alt) but I didn't figured out how to change the size? Could someone please explain?

They are fully customizable like in windows, but it are hidden, Alt click on them and go to customize window :

If you change hidden to visible in Title you can grab it and move like in Windows.

If you change hidden to visible in Border you can resize it like in Windows, just grab the border and move it.
