I very much doubt they meant 3600 there. I'd say it's just a typo for 3000.

No, it really is 3,600. Only for 20 seconds though. See here:

From Islamabad, Pakistan, I found this via a Telegram debate about Lightning Roulette and avoiding multiplier tilt. I made a plan: cap at 30 spins, tiny straight-ups sprinkled with an outside hedge, screenshots before/after so I can’t move goalposts. While checking table history I saved chickenroad and forced a five-minute break. Two mid multipliers landed, the hedge softened the dry patches, and I closed at +18%. Boring on purpose, which is exactly what my bankroll needed after last month’s impulsive nights.
