Win 7, 64bit, AMD 6970

Running the game, the Graphics Card Clock speed stays at 500 MGHz instead of going up to the maximum of 880 MGHz.

The GC usage is running at 100% and the clock speed should increase (I'm monitoring it, and it works in all other games). It's as if IL2 CoD isn't identifying itself as a 3D application to the GC software, not sure. But it definitely isn't right.
