When you run servers and your IP address is known by many people I'd rather not take the risk. Also, I'd rather run AVG than something like Norton cheers.
Anyhow, to help those who experience this issue you have to add the file to BOTH the normal exceptions list and also to the advanced list for resident shield. That way you can keep your AVG on and not have any issues in getting it to boot. Nice and simple. V
