89Ghz would be great, as your computing you could cook stuff in your computer. Also would be great gaming late on cold nights! Well into microwave teritory!

Cheers

That's good news, especially since we'll be able to also disable the filter.

I hope that they continue to exhibit the same care to providing us with options, so that after a few months when the game is running well and making good sales and good reviews and things have quieted down a bit, they would take the time to issue a patch that allows those of us who want so to opt out of Steam completely.
It's the only thing that's constantly nagging me in the back of my mind, i support the title and the developers in their efforts and that's why i didn't cancel my pre-order, but that thing needs to be an option just like the epilepsy filter.

Steam won't be made optional, no, not ever, you might be able to crack it, but you would sacrifice multiplayer, anti-cheat, cloud backups, automatic updates and may or may not be legal in your country.

There are perfectly good reasons to dislike Steam, but "misinformed person said something that one time" is not one of them.

The majority of the PC gamer base uses Steam, and of all publishers Ubisoft is the least likely to listen to a wingey minority.
