Default Thx

Big thx Gunny, i`m playing now and it`s very nice with your settings. I`m setting up little 3 on 3 d/f`s over the water and yeh, alls good. Still not seeing the prop in my pit and i`ve applied the text shown to the C/user/docs/1c softclub (or whatever it is lol) folder, but still no prop. I have turned PC on and off as well.

@Storm of When

Take a flight where the sun is on direct position (have just risen) and then fly in the way that the light is coming from behind to your propeller and you should see it, at least I see it in planes such as spitfire.

Thank you very much Gunny for your imput.
Can't wait to get my hands on it and break my teeth in the Russian menu.

It's been a long time since i studied Russian in school and is not much i remember, except some bad words.

I'll be home on wednesday, I have two copies on preorder from Uk buy I'll definitely get the Russian version just not to go insane until the UK version is released on thursday.

I have absolutely no doubt this game will be great and a little experimenting and tweaking is always a good way to understand more about your game and about your computer.

S! Gunny.

After reading your posts it makes me wonder - why didn't the devs hire you to do the promotional work?

Nicely done and keep'em coming please.

Default Ok

Ok Devastat i`ll try that, i`m much more positive now, might have guessed that the poor show I was getting was due to my inability to set it up correctly. This is gonna be great.

@Storm

With my hardware + settings (pretty high settings) it runs very nicely when flying solo sightseeing, or in combat if you are having max. 6 planes on the sky. Anything more than that and it becomes unplayable (and I mean really).

So I just fly solo or have these dogfights with few planes and it is very enjoyable to play.

S!

Might this dip in FPS be because of the AI/FM/DM change? Didn't Luthier or Oleg mention in an interview that planes farther away would use simplified routines and only get more complex when closer to the player? Just an idea..

@Flanker possibly. It probably would run very nice online with other players when your computer doesn't have to calculate AI at all.
