I would guess that this needs a patch to work,
and that the steam version of the patch has not yet been released.

Default Conf.ini

Any chance people with the game working acceptably could post conf.ini`s so I can see where i`m going wrong, i`m getting really blocky externals on planes so bad they look like MS CFS1, and i`m deffo not getting multi-core cpu working.

Anyone with a 9XXX Series Nvidia Graphics Card who experiences the 'black screen' and is having trouble solving the problem let me know and I'll try and guide you through the solution.

I solved this same problem by installing older nvidia drivers (25819-7-64-[Guru3D.com].exe from guru3d.com)
