I'm sorry, Are you saying its the fault of experienced players that hosts quit matches?
Thats complete nonsense. You should know that if you are new to any game you are going to get beaten, it is no excuse to quit if you have chosen to host. A host should always have the decency to let the game finish no matter how badly they are doing. Now i do agree though that experienced flyers should give new guys a little help and advice now and then but if I was new to this game again, I wouldn't want people purposely not attacking me because i'm too easy to kill. That is how you learn and improve from your mistakes. Although I do think it would be wrong to single out the new guy and consentrate on him without mercy, that is one reason I love Sim mode because you can't home in on the new guy from name tag around his plane.

agree with u Robotic Pope,no name tag around plane in sim is good, sometimes we kill only the same guy many time and he must know we do it intentionnaly but it is not right,i think it happen often in the dogfight or teambattle where there are between 2 and 4 players (3 or 4 in dog and 2 vs 2 in tb)in my opinion many reasons for it: -in 3/4 players dogfight at the starting of the game every body follow everybody and when one guy is killed,if the respawn time is 5 sec he respawn quickly around the last guy who shot him and of course those 2 same guys will fight again togheter. -in 2 vs 2 tb it is often the same exept u have a wingman/men with u. -even if no tag name in sim u can know who come behind u with the map because of the same reasons of i say before and also with experience u can know the lines of a planes ,their colors ,and even the own way of one player or an other to fly, but often u have not the choice, for example in a 3 players dogfight, when u shoot a guy,u can be sure the third will shoot u immediately after, in fact sometimes it can be good to not shoot the first and return quickly by surprise against the third who come behind u and who think u will shoot the first guy !...the best defense is often the attack... |

I am interested who these experienced players were who terrorised the host into quitting. Perhaps some retribution is needed
![]() Anyway as far as I am concerned everyone in a match is a fair target. They are all packing machine guns. I tend to leave off new players and go for the more experienced players but at the end of the day we are in the air to kill. If you want to just fly then pick up Flight Sim and get in a Cesna |

like everyone said if you jump in the ring you cant complain you are getting punched. but that said i will generally slack off of a new player a bit and go for the more veteran flyers. but i will also extend the invitation to do a 1 v1 and let them get a little more experience...explain about settings...etc...show them them the little i know.

I totally agree with Wookie on that one. We all have gotten our fannys waxed in games so you know the old saying. The jungle's neutral. Learn fast or die.
