We received the answer from Ubisoft. The official release date for EMA region is 31 March.

Hmm - anyone else worried about next week bringing another "Plus 2 weeks, be sure" moment. Right now I remember when SOW was due for a 4Q 2006 release - a few weeks wont hurt, but I think we are owed a date we can rely on, and it should come from the big man himself, along with an explanation as to why things have slipped.
