And he doesn't seem to care for the power bill anyway.

Did you ever think of ripping of the plastic bezels of your monitors?

You may end up like:
Samsung MD230X3

For example: If you buy a 3x Asus VH242H
and rip of the bezel , you will end up with 0.5 cm bezel per monitor:

Thats more then half the price of the samsung MD230x3

Actually not noisy at all, the power supply fan is noisier than anything else when the system is under load. The fans are rated at 19dba at about 800rpm at system idle and i have them set to increase rpm to about 1200 rpm when the water temp gets above 30c. Even then they are way quieter than a 5970 & 2 5870s screaming their tits off with stock fans.

I would very much like to know how you get IL2 to span across 3 monitors.

thanks!
It's using ati eyefinity, Nvidia have something similar called 3d surround I believe.

just to know. thanks in advance

what are the 3 things with numbers in up right?
temperature test?
BTW i like it with the case and teh lights
Power consumption is right on the limit of the power supply, about 1200w.
The numbers on the displays are all fan speeds, they are linked to a temp sensor as well and automatically adjust fan speed with rise in temp.

No too ugly and when your flying you quickly forget about the bezels, they just become part of the virtual cockpit frame I guess and they don't bother me at all.
