YAY!! I'm happy I did something to help/cool. Might do some more over the weekend and get the track descriptions up. The menu is odd cant find were that part is so will try to finish it aswell.

Oh and has anyone tried it yet??

Having a hard time getting this to work, so i just download and save it here?
C:\Program Files\1C\PP3_Demo\PP3WorkGame\Localization\RUS

Yep thats it. Then start the game and most of it will be in English.
