There's enough room on my hard drive for both. I know which one I'll play more, but as a fan of FLIGHT SIMS I'll buy both.

Well you didnt have the videos up when I posted my first reply, but I really got to say that the quality of the video for COD was lacking. I am only commenting on these forums but I went to Steam forums to work out a problem with WOP:LW activation code for youplay and somene had a thread about COD up. They were taking alot of heat, it tbh looks lower quality then WOP which is a console port... Thats me saying it, but others are saying it too and unfortunetly the majority of their $ wont be from forum users here just due to the numbers game. If they want to sell a professionaly made product, they have to make it look professional (irrespective of our respect for the original IL2, that just doesnt cut it).

Sorry to be so pessimistic

i think console games dont have to worry to much about the physics...just nice eye candy, which makes for a more arcade type game, but hopefully they will bring a vid out with it on the highest settings

I hope so. Birds of prey the console game and Wings of prey the PC port both used a version of the IL2 flight model I believe. But with modern gpu's the flight modeling is seperate from the graphics (cpu vs gpu unless you have physx) so they should not affect each other that much.
