Yes, that's exactly right. It's also for people requesting assistance for a mission too.

Anyway, unfortunately the truck explodes about 10 seconds after the cut scene, and I can barely arrive at 50MPH before explode, while in the video I see that the truck can arrive at 80MPH.
It seems that my truck needs more juice, but the game AI SHOULD know it and shouldn't show me this mission, because I have NO chance to escape.
What should I do?

Before you take on missions such as this one, you need some basic truck up-grades. A better engine is certainly a must. In this particular mission you need to have your foot on the gas during the cut-scene. This way your truck is already at about 50 mph when the cut-scene ends. Just keep it on the floor, and you should have no problem. The AI doesn't know your truck or if it's up-graded. These missions are triggered regardless of your trucks performance.
