Supposedly they are included. Anyhow, you must remove Gift Bag before installing Crossworlds over AP.

I installed it afterwards, and now I can choose which mod I want to use.

But since then, yes I found out they are included - I found the Wooden Stake and the Ring of Light in shops on Debir.
