Annoyed that the localization team didn't have the budget for pilot voiceovers? This voice pack contains voices taken from previous games in the series, i.e. Star Wolves and Star Wolves 2, and gives every pilot a voice.

How to install:
1) unzip the archive you downloaded
2) copy-paste the Data folder to the game's folder (say yes to overwrite)

This mod should be compatible with most anything out there, it simply changes/adds files to the \Data\LocData\English\Voice\ folder and subfolders.

===== Remove Laggy Fog/Dust Clouds =====

This mod is for people who experience lag while flying around those annoying fog clouds. It simply replaces all cloud definitions with a basic one (visuals will be affected). WARNING: If you have previous savegames, they will not load. This is because saves preserve information about systems you've visited - including dust cloud info. So you must apply this mod BEFORE you start a new game.

I am encountering a problem as it seems. I just started a new game and i was at the point where you are in Elio to fix your ID. I choose to go over Hephaestus when asked but merely went there to destroy the shining turrets. After having done so i returned to Elio to sell them (55K at smuggler base < 89K at Elio grid station) and I figured that I could go over Gredos to save time. I enter portal, loading screen loads up fine, ship appears, and i press TAB...Game Crashes. Just wanted to mention this.

Update:

Happens in Aurora as well...seems map and the newly added "Remove Laggy Fog/Dustclouds" Mod does not get along with my game.

Hmm, a new game should run fine with the No Dustclouds mod. Bad/incompatible saves don't even load, you usually get a "save file is corrupt" error, so I doubt it's that mod. Strange. We could try looking at what exactly is causing your crash; open your game folder and find a file named LOGfile.txt and post it here (get it immediately after a crash because the game overwrites it every time you start).
