Just to let you know. You have passed the minimum specs by MILES.

I get 15 FPS with.
Intel Pentium dual-core 1.8ghz
Nvidia9500GT 512MB
4GB RAM
Vista basic. Apart from the CPU SPEED. I passed everything.

It says even a pentium 4 2.4 ghz could run it?!
