No such patch exist.
The available patches is: 1.11.3 1.16.4 1.17.5 If you have seen a 1.11.5 patch being used, it simply a non-official patch made by a modder (a Russian modder did release some strange patches a while ago at Best Ways forums, but as far as I know, they were all deleted from those forums), or it could be someone who is using the .4 and .5 patch files from the 1.17.5 patch, but doesnt use the new icon to start the game etc. ~Zeke.
