Sorry, I should have remembered that 1.024MB = 1GB, but it's been soooo long since anyone used that expression, that I just had a brain fart. I'm use to seeing 4GB, and not the long version. I had no problem with the decimal, or comma, just the expression. My fault.

Sorry, I totally forgot to change that, didn't think about the "," and "." thing. Fixed it now.

Okay, so what could be the problem now? More and more I begin to believe that my Quad Core CPU has problems while Dual Cores have better chances. Could that be true?
If yes, what's then? I don't really want to buy a new CPU as long as other games run fine. Would it be possible for the game developers to bring out a patch that could fix this problem?

I already admitted my error, as I always do when I'm wrong. No other comments needed.

Your quad system is good. I have it too. Just don't make a common mistake that it increases speed 4 x 2.4GHz. This is not the case. The quad core just allocates data and/or memory better NOT faster. You would be surprised at how many people think this is faster (like 4x2.4GHz=9.6GHz). Keep in mind that this is a heavy game, and poorly optimized. 2.4GHz will cause some frame drops in highly detailed graphic areas, and traffic set high. That's just the way it is. The only thing I can recommend is a faster CPU, or just lower the settings to an acceptable/playable rate. I too hope for a patch to correct this for all concerned.

9.6 GHz would be a really nice thing...

Default FPS SanFrancisco Fix

If you open the game by right clicking and starting by "administrator", it will run wide open on the FPS through San Francisco up 101.

FYI
