You should try MiG Alley for PC. It's old, but damn was it fun. Accurate flight models and everything you'd love from a Korean War flight sim.

I played that game a couple times actually. My friend used to own it, and I'd play it at his place. Sadly, it's not all that detailed of a sim. (It's kinda like Realistic in BoP more than anything.)
