I think getting archmages on Debir is the real problem here...

It is possible, if you can grab the Scarlet Wind map without fighting... I often see 5 archmages in Scarlet Wind's small island chapel. You will have to somehow kite that stack of skeleton though... I don't think there is enough space to do that.
