It's Buffalo, but not nazi, finnish air force emblem was swastika too, but it was not standing on tip and it was other way around compared with nazi swastika. Emblem was replaced because it was easily mixed with nazi swastika.

Oh, thanks for explaining me! Yes it can be easily confused with swastika!
