You were just lucky, but if you really want to see the game at it's full potential you need to meet, or exceed the recommended requirements. I'm willing to bet that if you set the traffic density to the max, your game would freeze, or would be un-bearably slow.

true, thats why I m planning to buy a new pc and then start the game very well, because now on low-medium it isnt as cool as playing it on high with best graphics...
