CD-key blocked

hi all im new here but i registred here while my cd-key is blocked but i dont know why? And im not at the ban list

You must have looked at the wrong date on the ban list. It says you were banned till the 20th of May, for chat flooding. Chat flooding is when you send 25+ messages in under 10 seconds.

oh yes i have found my name at the banlist later

what i need to do to be unbanned? Or how long i need to wait for an unban?
