Hmm.. I'm really surprised. I can't imagine know what have you done. Maybe it's a bug. I'm playing on normal and except maybe 2 missions all others are pretty easy. If it's hard for you - go for some hidden cache locations, get some good equipment and buy best System firmware. That's all you need.
