You lose a point because you died

The scoring should be -5 for dying, and if everybody gets negative points, everybody loses. Then it would be much more realistic. Except in real life, if you die, you don't get a chance to get any more kills.

Blatant kamikazes are a disgrace to the game

To get credit for a kill, your target needs to be damaged significantly, and die within a fairly short time after you last damage them. It's considered good form to bail out if plane becomes unflyable, instead of waiting to crash, so whoever made it unflyable gets credit.

In strike, the tickets are one thing, but you won't get any stars unless you completely destroy a target. You get 2 points for each destroyed target. Kills get no stars at all. Or maybe 1 star, I don't recall, it's been a while since I've done strike.

In airfields, you get 20 points for making a capture, and 5 points for a kill.
