In realistic I usually fly the Spitfire Mk II with these settings:
Ailerons: 3 notches down Elevators: 4 notches down Remember, the more you lower the sensitivity, the less the aircraft perform. Its better to start a mental thumb regulator scheme saying: "Gentle, gentle gentle......" then to lower it to much.
