well thanks for trying to help me and by the way is there a spasific program that i should update like i updated directx,opengl, and video card> u have any other suggestions?

huh................this sound weird but all i did was defram my hard drive and RnR run 15 times better, it still laggs in the menu but at least i can play the game on high options XD

Glad to hear it runs a lot better now! I think a lot of people underestimate the essence of a good defrag every now and then.

Now lets hope the upcoming patch does wonders as well.

actualy it runs good but i noticed that when there alot of bridges i lag very hard i think its because there alot of traffic on the roads so as far as i know it the traffics causing it. But in the menu it still laggs

This sites is very simple to use. The page link I gived is the download page. There you have Forceware drivers for every Nvidia Gfx cards on all OS windows family. (Official Nvidia drivers)

Every link to a driver gives you an explanation about the driver you've selected. (Gfx cards supported...)

Omega drivers are Forceware drivers modified you can download them at your own risk but they are built to be more compatible.

That's it... now you can go and make your selection
