I'm no expert when it comes to scripting in MoW, but my suggestion is study the singleplayer missions. In the second Russian mission, the enemies seem to keep coming. Try to script it so that certain units spawn at certain times, such as every 5 minutes. Then set up the area they spawn in, and set waypoints for them.
