Since so many people who get IL-2 run into problems with Hornet's Nest, here is a video. It's a webcam capture, with a bit of flicker and a few freezes, but it shows you exactly what to do to get all the planes without having to respawn and risk running out of time. The fighters will most likely get you before you can bomb the ground targets, but just use a couple extra attempts for that, you won't run out of time with that objective.
The music is good Soviet war music which any IL-2 pilot would have playing on their cockpit stereo.
