They should really changed the name. Rather just 'Alien vs Predator'. They should call it: Alien vs Predator...... and some bait aka Colonial Marines.

Im eager for this game!! MW2 will be just left gathering dust. I play the first AvP now and again and never got bored (im bored of MW2 already) so the release of AvP3 is going to keep me going for a very long time indeed

your awesome! i checked HMV's site on monday, they had nothing at all up as far as i can remember, at that price its a must buy, so i pre-ordered it. with the amount of £80 floating about the AVP forums it wasn't looking worth it. but like the other poster has said, the survivor one is like £54.99 on GAME.co.uk. its too hard to resist. i cant wait for mass effect 2 and this now. time to start ebaying!

Am i the only one who actually enjoyed the AvP films?

yeah they wasn't what they were capable of and were a let down in parts, but still.... its aliens and predators!!

oh yeah and a few humans for bait.

I'm surprised no one's cheered on the Predators in the game. It's either Aliens or Marines.

Foz: The first AvP movie was o.k., but the second was just ridiculous. I mean, why did they chose to have advertisement making brothers direct it? Didn't make sense to me.

You're not alone mate. Yeah they could've been better but the 2nd one is pretty sick. I love how the first half is just aliens building there numbers before it all kicks off. And that predator taking off those two guys heads with the double sholder cannons.....nice.

That whole bit with the army woman giving the kid military NVG's was stupid. Mommy theres a monster at the window, whatever. That was the worst bit in that movie imo. they shoulda cut that scene and just had her as a vasquez. forget the kid and husband.

I agree with what your saying in parts yes. The second one was a bit far fetched in places are rather a let down compared to the first.

Though i did enjoy 2 parts in particular thats reminded me of the "aliens" film

When the marines/army turn up and you can hear them over the radio getting slaughtered and the aliens screaming. Much like the aliens film

and when the "colonel" is in the plane checking the radar with the F22 trying to bomb, the sound it makes is the motiontracker.
