north america release date

im wanting to know if the game will release this month (january)..any info would be nice..i want to play this game

Yes, January 2011 seems like a likely release date.

As I expected, they are pushinh back the release date as much as possible, but without exceding the deadline

Thus far I have not heard of any such thing. They said first quarter of 2010. That would mean no later then March 31, 2010. No other info was provided.
