Contraband quest in Scarlet Wind

This beach behind the tavern is small and if you clear out the guardian stack there, you cannot miss it if you are on the right beach. Just use the D key a few times

This is wierd - there's no gaurdian stack onm the beach behind the tavern that matches where the X on the map is? Unless I've already cleared them out earlier.
The beach I'm digging up has a tiny spade leaning against some rocks on the left hand side.....is this the wrong one?

Thanks...I'll check it tonight. Does the spot "light up" in the same way it does when you go near buried treasure or do you just have to dig?

It does but only after you've looked at the map. If you don't find anything, maybe you actually got this one and missed the other one? The other box is across from where you found Jimmy Kraud.

but when i go to harry
it doesn't say anything different

You do not go back to the npc that gave you the quest
To complete the quest you must move to the next island and speak with a dwarf there, he will give you the reward.
