Ah ok, just seen pic.

Definately looks likes a hawker aircraft. Possibly a hawker nimrod, hart,osprey?


scrap the nimrod, that was only single seat.

Check the edit I did to my post Vulcan, two minutes after you after you quoted from it. Is it not the hawker Fury? Second edit: oh well at least like FOZ I knew it was Hawker lol. Damn hard to keep track with all these edits huh lol

Knew it was hawker, it has that distinct hawker look to it.

just dug up a picture of a fury by the way, No wonder I thought it was a fury, its vertualy identicle to a Mk1 fury just with two seats not one.

yeah lol i had to check myself when you said fury so i had a picture of a fury and what it is next side by side to see if there was any difference

ok. Is it an Audax? Even cheating and looking at pictures makes me not sure. Almost all the planes Hawker developed in the 30's seem to look the same, just scaled up or down.


Foz was of course correct, it was a sea vixen on fire.
